Hello, I’m Miaomiao Pan, but you can call me Miumiu—it’s what my friends usually go with.
Over the past 4 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of technical writing, focusing on user-oriented content creation. My experience includes writing and translating technical documents, crafting UI text, and scripting videos.
Also I’m passionate about leveraging technology tools and implementing standard workflows to enhance efficiency in my work, and I’ve successfully implemented such initiatives in the past.

Experience
At Agora.io (aka Shengwang), I collaborated with product managers, developers, and technical support to create various technical documents. Besides, I also:
- Implemented ChatGPT for automating tasks such as grammar checking, style updates, and folder/ file creation based on configurations.
- Led the streamlining of the collaboration process between technical writers and developers by introducing Jira.
At SAP, I worked as a user assistance developer (almost same as technical writer), I collaborated with product management, engineers, and technical support, to generate a diverse range of customer-facing content. Besides, I also:
- Actively engaged with customers who provided feedback via external channels and communicated directly with internal stakeholders.
- Assisted the local User Assistance (UA) team in transitioning to Atlassian Jira for work tracking.
I Collaborated with product managers and engineers to produce user guides using an XML-based CMS. I Successfully completed comprehensive training in robot OS fundamentals and applied this knowledge to deliver a new and user-friendly guide for the robot OS application package.
